Having both grown up in small Ontario communities, we met at Wilfrid Laurier University in 1988. Later, we moved to Toronto where we developed our corporate career/life while raising three children: Stephanie, Tyler, and Jakob.
As a family, we spent 18 summers camping with a tent trailer and exploring the great outdoors, charming towns, and a variety of fascinating wildlife from coast to coast with our children.
Our love of the great outdoors led us to acquire Lake Edge Cottages in 2019. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to host over 300 families each year at our beautiful vacation destination.
Jakob
Our youngest child, Jakob, lives with us and loves to explore the natural habitats and wildlife that Lake Edge and the Kawarthas offer. He is enrolled in the business program at Trent University and loves playing piano, fishing, cooking, and photography.
Providing our guests with fun, rest, and relaxation while getting away from it all is important to our family. We look forward to your visit where you can experience a memorable and enjoyable stay at Lake Edge.
